Made by restaurant people, for restaurant people.

We realized that there was a gap in the market: the available cost control software is too bloated for the average restaurant’s use:

1. The level of detail required by other cost control software is not realistic for the majority of operations.

2. A good Manager or Chef doesn't need that level of detail to effectively control costs.

So we contacted North America’s top restaurant consulting agency, The Fifteen Group, to help us create a better solution. Navi was developed by restaurant experts who understand operations first-hand and created an app that provides powerful information with less work and input required on your part.

Integrations.

We focus on getting you the data you need for your business. We integrate where it’s useful so you can avoid spending your time trying to troubleshoot between platforms. Other inventory software requires POS and software updates to be made in tandem in order for reports to generate properly — those kinds of features sound great on the surface…until they stop working. Navi is designed to be simple, so it never breaks.

Proven history.

Reimagined in 2021, Navi actually has roots reaching back 15 years ago as Navigator Restaurant Profitability System Inc. Navigator’s proven reputation and offering has been streamlined for the cloud, with all the features restaurant operators have come to love, along with new features taking advantage of modern technology.

Simple, so you can get back to business.

“I highly recommend Navi to any restaurant organization. Easy to use and meaningful information. It is so much simpler and was clearly designed by someone who understands restaurants.”

Getting started with Navi is easy.

  • Step one.

Choose a plan — Our plans are priced based on the number of user accounts you’ll need. No ‘premium features’ or paywalls here! Just choose the plan that works for the size of your restaurant.

  • Step two.

Set up your account — Add suppliers, ingredients, and some key recipes to get started. Once you enter the basics you’ll start to see Navi work its magic with theoretical costs and sales history. Have questions? Navi’s support team is ready to help.

  • Step three.

Profit — Okay, we’ve oversimplified the process a bit, but it isn’t much harder than that. On average a restaurant with a properly engineered menu and some simplistic cost control tools can make 5% to 10% of sales more profit each year.
